These terms cover your use of freela.com.au and your purchase of the AI Visibility Audit from Freela Pty Ltd ("Freela", "we", "us"). Project work such as websites, branding and packaging is covered by the written quote you approve before we start.
Using this website
The content on this site, including the articles and case studies, is for general information. We work hard to keep it accurate, but it isn't advice for your specific situation. The work shown in case studies remains the property of Freela and our clients. Please don't copy it without permission.
The AI Visibility Audit
What you get
- A review of six areas of your online presence: whether AI assistants mention you, whether Google can find you, whether AI can read your website, your local presence, trust signals, and whether your site turns visits into enquiries.
- A plain-English report with a scorecard, evidence of what we found, a prioritised action plan and paste-ready assets such as schema markup.
- Prices for any fixes, if you'd like us to do them. There's no obligation to use us.
Price and payment
The audit is $499 AUD. The founders price of $249 AUD applies to the first 10 audits while the code is available. Payment is taken upfront through Stripe.
Delivery
We deliver your report within 48 hours of receiving your payment and your website and business details. If something outside our control delays it, we'll tell you straight away.
Credit toward a build
The amount you paid for the audit is credited toward a Freela website build, if you go ahead with one.
Our refund promise
If the audit doesn't uncover meaningful, fixable gaps in your AI visibility, we'll refund it in full. Just reply to your report within 14 days and tell us.
What we can't promise
Nobody controls what ChatGPT, Google or other AI tools say. We don't guarantee rankings, traffic or that any AI assistant will recommend your business. What we do guarantee is an honest, evidence-based diagnosis and a clear plan.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under that law.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for the audit is limited to the amount you paid for it.
